M
J DIFFUSION specialise in the Inspection and testing
of Electrical Equipment and the Management of
Cable Installations.
Our objective of being the test house of choice
is being achieved through our commitment to quality,
reliability and the value added ratio we deliver
to our customers.
All customers are allocated a personnel Inspection
and Test Engineer who will make contact with your
appointed site representative in order to fully
discuss and understand your requirements; to schedule
Inspection and Testing so as to ensure any disruption
is kept to the absolute minimum. All our Engineers
are City & Guilds qualified and follow the
I.E.E. Code of Practice for In-service Inspection
and Testing of Electrical Equipment as recommended
by the Health and Safety Executive.
On
completion of the Inspection and Testing function,
we provide an equipment register, detailed test
results of all “passed” equipment,
every item will be identified as to its test and
safety status using high visibility stickers which
also include the date of test, equipment number,
Engineers initials, date of next test, giving
you a highly visible inspection status audit function.
Any items that fail will be duly identified and
reported to your site representative and/or Duty
holder for corrective action, and a failure report
issued.
M J DIFFUSION will maintain records of all tests
for the life of the equipment, as recommended
by the Health and Safety Executive Memorandum
of Guidance for the Electricity at Work Regulations
1989.
All
documents can be linked to your Quality/TPM function,
particularly useful if you are registered to ISO
9001, 14000 or TS 16949.
Our training programmes are designed to provide
your employees with the necessary knowledge and
confidence to meet their obligations under the
Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. We are also
able to assist in the creation of fault reporting
systems for employees, which ultimately leads
to reduced contractor costs through hugely improved
self management of electrical equipment.
Your
commitment to Electrical Safety will be further
acknowledged with a Certificate of Inspection
and Testing for both employees and customers to
see- positive PR always works.
